So I’m no celebrating the fact that my second [Femme Fatale was the first] most anticipated album of the year leaked early [today] (:-/) but Dev‘s The Night The Sun Came Up is something I’ve been waiting on pretty much since I introduced my friends to Like A G6 2(?) years ago. The first time I heard The Cataracs I freaked; they are the perfect combination between Dance Pop and Swagger, and in my opinion there’s nothing better than a pop track with some true swagger, and Dev is that sexy cherry on top of The Cataracs sizzling productions that work best. So I’ve been saving this one for a special occasion, and that special occasion was going to be the official release of the Album, but guess what, it’s Friday, and it’s time for your weekly Freemix so get ready to bump this tonight.
